How does it work?
The equipment is used to spray heated detergent solution (Non-Aerosol) into the carpet pile at high pressure, the machine heats our own supply of softened water to 240 degrees fahrenheit creating steam, warm enough to kill bacteria and also loosen dirt from the fibres, but cool enough to avoid any damage caused by shrinkage or discoloration, at the same time the machine produces huge vacuum volume that immediately extracts all the suspended soil particles back to the waste tank located in our vehicle outside, the cleaning detergents we use are 100% safe, non-toxic, self neutralising, and bio-degradable.

The cleaning is fast and efficient, all our staff are trained to immaculately steam clean all carpets of an average 3 bed house within 1 hour, they also move your furniture clean underneath then they put them back in place its included in the service and you can walk on your carpets straight after they have finished cleaning them so no disruption to your day.
The cleaning process
- Step1: Pre-Inspection - Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet as well as listen to any concerns you may have.
- Step2: Furniture Moving - We move your furniture, we clean under them then put them back in place... its included in the service, NO CHARGE
- Step3: Pre-spray - A pre-conditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.
- Step4: Pre-spot - Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal. (note: stain removal is not guarateed as some stains are permenant and unremovable)
- Step5: Soil Extraction and Rinse - The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed using Steam at up to 240 degrees Fahrenheit, at the same time powerful vacuum volume is used to extract all the soiled particles and moisture to avoid wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind.
- Step6: Neutraliser - Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced afterwards so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This also leaves your carpet soft and fresh.
- Step7: Post Spot - Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. *For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have the optional professional Scotchgard protection applied to your carpet.
- Step8: Post Cleaning Inspection - Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job.
